Twelve Trees park N01A

TwelveTrees Park is a new development of over 3,800 homes built around 12 acres of open green space and landscaped gardens. Located minutes from West Ham station, it will be one of the best connected developments in London, with three tube lines, National Rail and the DLR offering fast and regular links to the City and beyond. With a new school, independent bars and cafés, restaurants and a community centre at its heart, this will be one of the most exciting regeneration schemes in London.

Phase 1 is located on the North corner of the Twelve trees park development and occupies an area of approximately 1HA. Phase 1 comprises construction of 1048 residential units over 3 blocks N01, S01 and S01, commercial and retail spaces, a two-storey parking structure and associated landscaping and infrastructure.

TGM Facades UK ltd. has been awarded with the external cladding works to block N01A which consists of a 35 storey high residential tower. The façade consists of aluminium unitized elements with esthetical feature frames designed in GRC and aluminium, aluminium fins, Juliette balconies, wintergardens and a ‘Halo’ cladding structure on the roof.

Installation works on site will commence in July 2023 with an expected completion in Q3 2024.
