Gramercy Tower

With breathtaking views across Cardiff city centre and bay, two roof terraces, commercial space to the ground floor and 188 Build to rent residential units, this 27 storey development will be Cardiff’s tallest building to date. A mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments feature throughout.

TGM façades UK Ltd. has been awarded with the façade package of the tower for our client Intelle Construction Limited. The façade consists of aluminium unitized elements with louvres and esthetical aluminium fins, rainscreen cladding with SFS and several windows and doors.

Installation works on site will commence in May 2023 with an expected completion end of 2023.
