The construction of Landore Court, a mixed-use development of three interconnecting blocks of 5, 7 and 16 storeys, is well underway in the centre of Cardiff with main contractor BECT Building Contractors Ltd.
TGM have supplied and installed the unitised elements for the 16-storey block, totaling approx. 3,100 m². The elements are equipped with vertical fins of approx. 150mm deep. In addition, TGM also supplied the copings at roof level.
The expected practical completion for the TGM works is May 2023, practical completion of the total development is end of 2023.
