The high-rise consists of 15 floors with another rooftop beacon on top. The floors together form a facade of approximately 3,700 m².
The facade consists of the following components:
- Aluminum curtain wall;
- Aluminum facades (window strips);
- Tonality (ceramic tiles);
- Glass;
- HSB (strips at floor edge);
- Flashing.
The low-rise building consists of approximately 4000 m² of facade. In which different types of curtain wall are situated.
The following components occur in the facade of the low-rise building:
- Aluminum curtain wall;
- Aluminum facades;
- Tonality (ceramic tiles);
- Glass;
- HSB;
- Flashing;
- Mosaic.
