De Oliphant

The iconic office building ‘The Oliphant’ will be renovated to fit in better with its surroundings and contribute to the development of the Amsterdam Southeast area. In addition to a major overhaul, the building will also be made more sustainable. According to Architect Oresti Sarafopoulos, ‘We are creating an open, transparent and extraordinarily social building that will become part of an inviting, spacious, urban square. Natural materials and vast expanses of glass will ensure a healthy, spacious and transparent ambience.’
