Project in London, South of the Thames, near “Battersea Power Station”, mainly residential, with some first floor shopfronts.

Commissioned by Telford Homes, this project consists of 6 buildings, 2 towers of 17 floors each, 2 buildings of 13 floors each and 2 buildings of 12 floors each.
TGM is supplying the complete facade on both towers, including the SFS walls (Structural Framing System). This facade consists of sliding doors, windows, curtain walls, aluminum reveals, terracotta facades, GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete), aluminum horizontal bands, balustrade fencing, waterproofing balconies, aluminum ceilings, aluminum decking on the balconies, rainwater drains including sheathing, lattice walls, roof hoods and brise soleil (sunshades). For the other four buildings, TGM is supplying the sliding doors and windows, aluminum roof sides, GRC, curtain walls and grille walls.
