Like a large orange beacon, Haasje Over towers above Strijp-S. The distinctive color and the two-story bridge building form a stark contrast to the other buildings in the area. TGM was commissioned to realize the bridge over the skate hall.
TGM’s delivery includes:
- SIPS elements;
- Aluminum curtain walls;
- Aluminum cladding.
The seventy-meter high tower of Haasje Over has nineteen floors. It contains 137 loft apartments of fifty square meters and 3.5 meters high. The bridge over the skate hall accommodates just under fifty bridge homes, including two friends homes. These are homes that you can share with friends or girlfriends. The building wants you to walk without taking the elevator. There are also two large common areas.
